1. Acceptance of Terms
   By using the Veggies Farm Website or Veggies Farm Game (collectively, the "Service"), you, the user ("Player" or "User"), agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Disclaimer of Investment and Financial Advice
   The information provided on the Veggies Farm website is intended for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other type of advice. Veggies Farm does not recommend that you buy, sell, or hold any cryptocurrency or non-fungible-token (NFT). This game should not be considered an investment opportunity. Veggies Farm does not guarantee any earnings from using the game.

3. Disclaimer of Warranty, Limitation of Liability
   Veggies Farm does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
   In no event shall Veggies Farm be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, even if Veggies Farm has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

4. Rules of Usage
   Users agree to adhere to the following rules of usage:
   a. No automation software is allowed. Players who use bots or any automation software will be permanently banned.
   b. Sharing game account is prohibited. In case a player shares their account with any other person, the account will be banned. c. There is no defined timeframe for game rewards transfer. Rewards transfer could take a long time after it was requested in case Gas Fees are high on the blockchain.

5. Changes to Terms of Service
   Veggies Farm reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. Any changes will be effective upon posting of the revised Terms on the Veggies Farm website. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
   All intellectual property rights related to the Service, including but not limited to graphics, text, software, images, video, audio, and other content, are owned by Veggies Farm or its licensors. No part of the Service may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, or otherwise used without the prior written permission of Veggies Farm, except for personal, non-commercial use.

7. User Content and Conduct
   By using the Service, you agree not to:
   a. Post, upload, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
   b. Impersonate any person or entity, including but not limited to a Veggies Farm employee, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
   c. Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through the Service.
   d. Upload, post, or transmit any content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary, and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements).
   e. Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law, regulation, or ordinance.

8. Termination
   Veggies Farm reserves the right to terminate your access to the Service, with or without cause, at any time, without prior notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You agree that Veggies Farm shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Service.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
   These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the international law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 

10. Entire Agreement
    These Terms, together with any other legal notices or terms posted on the Veggies Farm website or within the game, constitute the entire agreement between you and Veggies Farm concerning your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written, between you and Veggies Farm.
    If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Veggies Farm's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
