"Demo mode" update

There are 2 main points in this update. First one enables an ability to play game in demo mode for people who don't have pass yet. Second one brings new Idle animations to Veggies Farm NFT game.

• New animation for Bakery

• New animation for Factory

• New animation for Textile Mill

• New animation for Cannery

• New animation for Feed Mill

• Demo mode enabled

• Ability to skip intro scene was added

• Sounds for Cowshed has been added

• Flour production time increased to 15s.

Bug Fixes:

• Bug with win popup in minigame was fixed

• Bug related to selling a mushroom was fixed

• Bug related to game lobby popup was fixed

• Several additional small bug-fixes and performance improvements
